Me and my fiancee have bad credit. We went to terre haute store and were rushed into a deal.Thought payment was going to be 75 dollars a month and found out was actually per week. Was not told selling price of vehichle. Said vehichle had several miles on it. Had to carry full coverage insurance on it. Vehicle was wrecked and insurance agent said was totalled. Vehicle was only worth 2400 dollars and was sold to us for over 10000 dollars. Insurance paid cnac 2400 dollars and they are trying to collect over 6600 dollars from me still. I am going to contact lawyer and Indiana Attorney General. I would like to hear from anyone who has a class action suit against Jd Byrider corporate offices and cnac financing. Continue to receive harassing phone calls. Indiana Attorney General has sent me a formal complaint to file. Have been advised that we are not required to inform cnac of attorneys name as they(cnac)keep implying that we are.If any lawyer sees this report and is interested in starting a class action suit against these fraudulent crooks please reply to this report. If all of us hard working down on our luck consumers file formal complaints with our states Attorney General we can put these con-artists out of business for good.Lets all stand up for the rights we deserve as Americans. Stop these no good scammers from profiting off of our misfortune of having bad credit.
